I’m sorry you are having problems with them.  We went through MW Tux (a subset of Men’s Warehouse) and they were great to us.

Oh jeez, that’s horrible!  I would of been so upset, I probably wouldn’t of lasted an hour in the store.  Was everyone able to get their deposits back though?  My Fiance got his tux’s at Mens Wearhouse.  So far so good, but now I’m worried!

I’m so sorry!  We’ve been working with Men’s Wearhouse, and they’ve been wonderful, but I’m sorry you’ve had such a bad experience!  I guess every large company has stores that aren’t quite up to par.

Did you go to the one in Newington? We went there looking for a suit to purchase for my fiance for our wedding. I wanted something classic since he doesn’t dress up that often and would be for other weddings and the such. The sales guy tried to push this hideous suit on us since we are going with navy blue bridesmaid dresses. Ummm… pretty much everything goes with navy blue so why were they trying to push this ugly light grey and blue stip suit on us. We decided that we were not going to use them ever. We went at 1030am when the store was quiet and the guy was rushing us too. Poor customer service!!

Have you tried a different location? My sister is having all of the guys in her wedding go through MW and so far, they have been fabulous. She was even able to make changes at the MW in SC even though she initiated the order in VA.
