Running for an hour helps.  Bubble baths.  Watching dorky shows/movies helps.

Definitely massages are my favorite way to de-stress. Besides that, I love a good power walk, or a hatha yoga class. I feel so refreshed afterwards.

Running and yoga work for me.  In fact, I’m so sore this evening because I needed to de-stress (long run) this morning.
