2 hours a week isn’t that big of a commitment, and if you really love to do it, I wouldn’t drop it just because you’re planning a wedding. You’ll definitely have to make time for your SO, but I don’t think the 2 hours it takes to volunteer will keep you from doing that.

If you really feel as if you’re truly too busy to plan a wedding, perhaps you can hire a wedding planner to help you out? Or get friends and family to help you when you’re really stressed.
