I am planning on making my own menu cards but I am confused on whether or not I should have them at all. I love the idea of describing in detail what the dishes will be since I myself fell in love with both choices after the tasting.
I placed the option of beef or chicken on my RSVP cards because the hotel where I am having the reception requested to have a count of how many chicken or beef entrees.
My guests have made their selections but if I place the two entrees on the menu card, is there a chance a guest will decide to change their mind when they see the exact dish? How should I word it on the menu card? List the two entree choices separated by “OR”?
Does it even matter? Help. Thank you.
