I wouldn’t freak out just yet, our venu won’ even let us decide on our menu until 2 months before the event. If I were you I would just call again and e-mail them. Do they have a physical location that you can go to?

Maybe you can visit his location first thing in the morning, before it gets too busy?

Or call/email him and suggest you are coming out in person if you haven’t heard from him (maybe that will incentivize him to return your calls!)
