    I voted for the stuffed chicken breast, as I don’t like the idea of picking out chicken bones or having to use my hands to eat ribs when I’m at a formal wedding.

    I’d also say stuffed chicken breast. I -personally- would prefer the beef short ribs but a lot of people I know don’t eat red meat. It’s a safer choice to go with chicken.

     

    (Anybody else remember that old commercial with the bride counting out how many people RSVPed for which menu option? “Beef beef beef beef beef beef beef chicken! That’s 99 beef, and 1 chicken.” Something to that effect.)

    @Elizabeth1990:  This. If it had anything with onion in it, then I’d pick the short ribs.
