Need your help here. FI and I are getting married at a fairly elegant ballroom with a 4-course meal. Our cost per person is already really expensive, and the caterer really prefers we only choose one entree, otherwise it will be an extra $2 a plate per person. It doesn’t seem like much, but we are already over our budget. If somebody has a food allergy or is vegetarian, they said they will accommodate (but I haven’t discussed yet what kind of food they would get).
SOOOO… my options would be the following:
Stuffed Chicken Breast
Semi-bonless chicken with demi glaze
Braised beef short ribs
Which would you prefer to have? I know that I won’t be able to please everyone, but there will be plenty of food (everyone gets a crab cake, salad, rolls, and vegetables along with meat), so they shouldn’t starve.
I don’t want to be cheap, but I could put the money towards something else. Then I also dont have to keep track of who ordered which dish 🙂
