We are doing a tasting this weekend – trying to decide on which to offer….
There are a couple chicken options – 2 we are trying:
1. Supreme of Chicken Americaine– Pan seared golden breast of chicken stuffed with diced lobster tail served with americaine sauce with taragon.
2. Palermo Chicken – stuffed breast of chicken with sundried tomatoes, mozzarella, portabella mushrooms and spinach in a marsala wine sauce.
Fish options –
1. Pan seared Mahi Mahi with a tropical mango salsa
2. Poached salmon with a light creamy dill sauce
Slow roasted top round of beef served with classic white wine & shallot bordelaise sauce.
I can have 2 options – which would you prefer?!
