I would serve anything else that can be picked up with your fingers… pretty much any type of appetizer. Maybe incorporate some apps that are savory to offset the sweet from all the desserts?

I suggest things on skewers!  They are colorful, attractive, and can be easily picked up and eaten.  The variety of items you can make into kabobs is endless.  For springtime, try:

Caprese: Tiny mozzarella balls, cherry tomatoes and fresh basil leaves

Moroccan Lamb: Grilled lamb cubes and dried apricots (still excellent at room temp!)

Cobb Salad: Hardboiled egg wedges, ham cubes, cheddar cubes, cherry tomatoes

Antipasti: Black olives, sundried tomatoes, marinated artichoke hearts, salami cubes

Another item that might match your theme is tiny cocktail quiches that you can get frozen from the store.  They’re delicious!
