I think it sounds great!

If anything, maybe one more side…? I don’t know what though.

I’d be happy with that, but I’m not a picky eater either.

Are any of your guests vegetarian? I’m not sure if salad/grilled veggies would satisfy them.

That all sounds delish!

A few potential options:

-Have a non-spinach salad option (half the people won’t eat it if its not romaine or iceberg)

-Have a pasta or rice side for those vegeterians.  Even pasta salad would work!

I think the italian pasta salad is more appealing, at least to me.

I love spinach too. Yum.

I can see adding a vegetarian option – and to keep with your grilled theme – a portobello mushroom with roasted red pepper and cheese would be a nice option. I can also see another BBQ starch option like a grilled corn or truffle mac & cheese in a few bite size portions (real crowd-pleaser). Pigs and a blanket go a long way, too. Otherwise your menu is tasteful and looks delicious! The chicken sounds yummy, but you can probably do without if you wanted to add another non-meat option, like a fish or grilled shrimp.

The roasted flank steak would satisfy my Fiance without anything else, lol.

But I agree with maybe asking them to roast portobello mushrooms as well – this’d be a cheap addition and vegetarians would probably go for that. And I think the Italian pasta salad sounds really great – I’d add that too! But your menu looks really fantastic overall!

Sounds delicious! But I agree with others, there needs to be more options for non meats. And I also dont eat spinach salads, so theres that.

Sounds good to me. If I was going for another side, I would either have spicy stuffed peppers, or mushrooms grilled with cheese… nom nom nom…

I’d go with the Italian pasta salad too, but other than that, it sounds yummy!

I would swap the quarter chickens for chicken breasts, as people don’t like eating chicken on the bone with their hands when they’re dressed up a bit, and a park might not have easy access to hand-washing facilities.
