My vote is either for the first or last option. As a vegetarian I could make a “meal” out of the vegetable + the starchy potato. The third option would just be carbs + more carbs, for me. Also a lot of people are funny about coleslaw and beans, so that would rule out option 2.

I voted for number 4, although number 1 also sounds nice. I just thought 4 was a bit more ‘wedding like.’
However… what is brisket?

I am in the process of arranging something for my two vegetarians. My dad hates when he has to make a meal out of sides so I understand your concern

Can I have everything? Can there be an option for brisket, mac and cheese, and potatoes eunice? Because that is what I would choose.

Brisket is the lower half or breast of a cow. It is a very classic barbecue dish.

Lol. That is the combo my Fiance chose. I was worried it may be too cheesy since the potato eunice is just cheesy potatoes.

I’d be happy with any of those except #3 (too much cheese and starch; no veggies).
