(Closed) Menus when the meal is pre-selected?

I’ve seen them done and if the meal was pre-ordered the menu did say “previously selected choice of…”

I think that if you do the menu cards, you should do the different menus for each choice.  I think your downside for doing the menu cards with all the selections is bigger than the up side — they might be super cute, but overall guests probably won’t notice or care all that much about them, whereas if a bunch of guests are trying to change their order, it could interfere with the flow of serving dinner and cause delays.

I had menu cards for my buffet so I obviously am always a fan but I like it in your case as well. The last preselected wedding I went toyaws the usual “chicken or beef” option on the invite and the menu was a more “romanced” version that it was in fact “prime rib in aus juice, servEd withbyorkshire pudding and a side of asparagus” kind of thing. 

IT also indicated my chicken would be served covered in shrimp and I’m sure it annoyed the caterer that I had to make an adjustment on the fly but better that than me sending it back because I’m allergic to shellfish and not expecting it when I just chose chickEn.
