YAHOO! I now have a dress! I’ll tell you, I saved this store for last because somehow I KNEW that they would have it. It’s literally 2 mins away from my house too! So for my dress search extravaganza, I hit up 4 stores in total over the past few months, narrowing down my search and picking up a reception dress in the process. None of the stores except for the last allowed pictures, so without further ado… onto the pics! Unfortunately I don’t remember most of the names and style numbers, but all the pics are either Casablanca, W1, or Mori Lee.
Casablanca 1994 – Pretty but far too elegant and classy for this weirdo
Dress #2… I don’t remember – anyway, it was bead-heavy and glamourous but again – not me!
Dress #3 – pfft, don’t know this one either. We’re going in the right direction!
Dress #4 (THE ONE!!! so you get to see it last)
Dress #5 – Mori Lee; such a cute silhouette, but too much going on up top for me! (excuse me trying to fly in the first pic)
Dress #6 – I didn’t care at this point, I was certain #4 was the one
OKAY OKAY!!! Now the one that I chose!!! Mori Lee 1602!
soft, romantic, flirty, it’s like every piece of the different dresses I liked all rolled up into one – the organza, sparkley lace underlayer, buttons, silhouette, sweetheart neckline… everything I wanted. :B the best part? I was probably willing to pay up to about $1800 for a dress (if I really loved it) and I got the barely used, perfect condition sample (which is the size we would have ordered) for less than $500!!! totally meant to be!
