I need some help, it seems my photographer has decided that responding to his customers is not a priority of his and now I am getting worried about getting my wedding pictures and video.
About 6 weeks after the wedding we tried to get in touch with the photographer just to see where we were at and an approximate timeline for when we could expect to receive our pictures. It took us a week to finally get a hold of him, he wasn’t returning calls or emails, and when he finally got back to us he said he would get in touch with us within 2 weeks to set something up.
Here we are 3 1/2 weeks after that and we still have not heard from him. We have called him numerous times and sent him several emails to no avail.
At this point we have no idea what else to do. I don’t care if the pictures aren’t done yet, I understand this is the busy wedding season, I just want to know where we stand.
Can anyone offer me any advice as to what we can do??
