Try out staffing agencies. I guess it depends on where in Michigan you live, but if you’re near Southfield, there’s a Volt office there.

Maybe you don’t want to be a full time classroom teacher, but I know of a few homeschool co-ops who have classes 1-3 times a week who would love a teacher to help out there. It’d probably only be part time, but if you wanted to look into some of those they are great. I really appreciated the teachers I had in my co-ops back when I was homeschooled, and the class size is usually small enough that it almost feels like you’re just tutoring (my classes were 5-10 people max).
