@jeni.deidre:  I agree rouching would look better if it started where you placed in your diagram & yes the back bottom looks off im not sure if its because of the different rouching on either side or bc the zipper is off center… the sweetheart also looks a little bit off but it looks gorgeous other than those couple areas

I agree the top front looks off- maybe find some pics of bodices which have the same neckline as yours and the type of ruching you want to show them?

@jeni.deidre:  I think the top looks off, but I think that’s how some of them are jsut made (and why I don’t like the rouching like that, personally)  the back looks okay to me

@jeni.deidre:  I think it looks great! How much was the dress?

I can’t believe how beautiful the rosettes and the bottom of the dress came out!!  Wow!  But, yes I agree with everything you pointed out.  From what I’ve seen on these threads, as long as you point it out to them, they will usually fix it.

@jeni.deidre:  I got the gemma dress from jasmines as well and found james was really helpful. If there are things that you are unhappy with, let him know and he will fix it for you. I love the lower back and wished I got it on my gemma 🙂

just going to chime in on what everyone else said… The top does look a bit sloppy, but I think your “fix” will look good.  The back does appear off center.

the train looks GREAT, love how romantic and flowy it looks!  Don’t be worried about minor adjustments to designs, nothing is oerfect the first time around!

@jeni.deidre:  Hi I love your dress, but the back of the dress is not straignt I am concerned about the neckline if that what you asked them to make then thats fine.

If you dont mind me asking how long did it takes to get the dress I am ordering mine  within a 2 weeks I am planning on paying for the deposit and I wanted to find out if I deposit into bank of america do I fax jasmine my receipt etc?

Thanks 🙂

You are right- the ruching does cut across the breast oddly- I would definately see about that. And a deeper sweet heart would be better…

I don’t see what you mean about the train starting oddly though, it looks great to me!

@jeni.deidre:  The neckline looks a little awkward. The rounded parts of the sweetheart neckline are too circular, high, and close together, if that makes any sense. I think a deeper sweetheart, as well as a broader/flatter sweetheart, is in order. Other than that, the dress looks like it’s on the right track!

If you hadn’t said anything, I wouldn’t have noticed the ruching thing at all! I do think that the swetheart could be a little better, but otherwise I really think the dress is gorgeous!
