Does the first layer, coming from the waist, need to be shortened a bit?  It would be easier to judge with side by side pics, but that’s the main difference I’m seeing.  Then it might cascade a bit more like the original?  What I’m seeing on your dress is a straight line created by the first layer, whereas the original has a more of an angle.  You could draw over the photo to show what you want to change.

eta Beautiful dress!

@sparkle621:  If you can get the photos side by side, it’s just a slight, slight adjustment.  Do you see where the first layer fold over on itself, moving straight down from the middle of the bodice.  It should begin to break just a bit higher.  I don’t think fixing that would affect the length at all.  Even as is… it is such a pretty dress and they’ve done a gorgeous job! 🙂

@sparkle621:  I agree with jjmoma on the first ruffle.

Other than that, it looks fantastic!

Can I ask the standard: premium or designer fabric? Craftsmanship?

And, bc I’m still choosing my fabrics, what fabric is this?

I see what @jjmomma:  is saying and I agree.  The dress is quite lovely though!

I’m not sure (can’t tell very well from the original picture since it’s very bright) but the bodice on the original looks more gathered than the bodice on the progress picture they sent. Is this intentional and you like it like this, or would you prefer something more ruched/gathered?

Other than that, it looks fantastic!!!

I think there needs to be another ruffle on the bottom right hand side (as you look at it in the picture) of the skirt. It has an empty space on the bottom of the skirt, making the ruffles look off-centre.

Also, the highest point of the sweetheart is higher on the left side
