I’ve been feeling the same way! Im sorry I have no answers and it doesn’t burn or anything like it does when I have had a UTI.

Sounds like a urinary tract infection to me. Get some AZO cranberry from the store (pretty much any store with a pharmacy will have it). Good luck! You can private message me if you need anything.

it sounds like you may have a urinary track infection which is a bacterial infection that if left untreated can spread to your kidneys and become very serious.  I would see a doctor and have them run a urine analysis.  they can prescribe antibiotics which should help the problem.

Are you having any lower back pain at all?  that would be an indication that it’s spreading to your kidneys.

Go to the doc! You might need meds.

I’ve never had a UTI that I couldn’t cure at home. Over the counter pills work every time. If you don’t feel you need to go to the doctor, try that first.

Definitely go to the doctor – on the off chance it is a UTI, you could get a full blown bladder infection that could lead to kidney failure (not a joke, it happens fast and almost did to my sister for waiting 24 hours before seeing a doctor for a UTI – cranberry juice is NOT a cure all)

It sounds like it could be kidney stones.  They may just not be large enough or moving in the “right” spots to be causing the extreme pain.

A similar thing happened to me for a few days with no back/ab pain. THen, I got extreme pain – went to ER and it was kidney stones.  I’d definitely get it checked out though..

This sounds like something you should see a doctor for, but what is your water intake like? Your body retains water during your period, so that might explain why it goes away then.
