I wouldn’t freak out but you should go to a doctor as soon as you can, even if you can only get to the ER.

I had this happen to me, dropping blood pressure with a migraine can be a sign of internal bleeding, which could be bad depending on where you are bleeding and no matter where it is it should be fixed right away.

Blacking out is not a good sign. You should always go see a doctor if a migraine lasts for more than 3 days, and you have not yet been diagnosed with migraine issues, and have migrane medication.

Please go see a doctors, like now.

Low Bridal Party first thing in the morning is normal. It picks up once you are up and moving around. 96 fine, nothing to worry about. Are you generally fit and healthy? Athletes have low Bridal Party. Drink lots of fluids to keep up your blood volume, Powerade or electrolyte sachets are great for keeping blood volume up. If your Bridal Party goes Less than >75 go to your doctor or ED. Otherwise just rest up, drink up and don’t stress. I’m a registered Nurse, if that helps.

Obviously the above is not a substitute for seeing a doctor. So if you are really worried see your doctor to review you migraine pain management plan.
