I had (and I’m still having) the worst experience with milanoo.com and I want to give all of you girls fair warning. I ordered lace wedding shoes on March 3 and didn’t receive them until April 20 (3 weeks after the anticipated delivery date). I finally tried them on and they were a full size too small – my toes didn’t fit at all! The shoe box said size 6 and I ordered a 7. I was totally bummed, but luckily after all of the waiting, I had bought a “plan B” pair of shoes as it was getting down to the wire for my first dress fitting. So no biggie. Time to return the shoes for my refund – WRONG!…no return information on the packing slip or the website. Ok, so I clicked on the Live chat button to ask where to return and I got no response -repeatedly! Next option: call the contact number….Can’t do that either because there is no number listed! My last resort: emailing. At this point, I felt so scammed that I probably sent about 5 different emails on April 21. I didn’t receive a response until 9 days later! The email doesn’t give me information to return the shoes; instead they are instructing me to submit pictures of the shoes next to a measuring tape. Apparently, at this point they will determine if I can return the shoes. Seriously??? Of course, I will go ahead and do as they ask because I could use the $50 (thank goodness it wasn’t more) back in my bank account. Fingers crossed!
