MemberMy fiance is definitely going to wear his dress blues. I rarely get to see him all dressed up in uniform and I think he is going to look so handsome on our wedding day. We did, however, decide to have him do the engagement photos in civilian clothing. That way we have the best of both worlds.

MemberMy fiance is an ensign with the Navy. He’s decided that he would prefer to wear a tux instead of his uniform. He said that he’d prefer to have our guests see him for him and not for his uniform on our wedding day. I was open and I can definitely see where he is coming from. I know that we’ll have other photo opportunities with him in his uniform. 😀
MemberOne of my fiancé’s biggest requests was to not wear his uniform for the wedding (he doesn’t want anything military-related in the wedding). I am totally cool with him wearing whatever he wants, and I prefer a suit for him anyway since I know he’d be more comfortable and feel more himself, but I know his parents are a little sad and don’t understand why he doesn’t want to stand up there proudly in his uniform.

MemberMy husband is in the Navy also, he is definitely wearng his dress blues for our vow renewal/ big wedding/ whatever you wanna call it. That was a non-negotiable and assumed point of our wedding lol

He wore his blues for the wedding, but no other uniform photos for the engagement or otherwise. We had a navy blue wedding too, because I didn’t want everything clashing with his uniform, and I loved the blue!
Oh and he was the one that realllly wanted to wear his uniform, I originally thought I’d want him in a tux, but I’m glad he wore the uniform!
MemberHe’s wearing service blues for the wedding. We also did some of our engagement pics with him in the flight suit alongside his helicopter, but we did most of them in regular clothes.

My FH wants to wear a tux for our wedding, but I got him in his digi camos for a couple epics!
