Wow, I can honestly say I loved flipping through your e-book version.  You had such a beautiful wedding and looked gorgeous on your wedding day – my favorite pic was of your first kiss, everyone in the audience was smiling and so happy for you.

Will keep Milk in my mind, for sure.

Oh my goodness, that is a beautiful album- totally gorgeous pics! I have been considering Milk (the double white album- is that what you ended up?). Also, love the votives on the tables and the table numbers- where did you get them? Thanks for sharing your album- lots of inspiration here!

turtle9748: Can I ask what the difference is between the Photo Book and the Photo Album? It seems like the paper is the same so is it just the sizes? I’m hoping to use Milk to make my parent albums and I’m not sure which to choose!

Your photo album is gorgeous! I just bought a voucher for a MILK photo album and I’m so excited to put it together once I get the photos from our photographer. I wanted to know if the quality of the actual photos looks the same as the online version. Your album looks so vibrant and clear, so I wanted to know if the real album looks the same. Also, I noticed that you had some quotes in your album – is that automatic in the formatting or is there an option to leave those pages blank?

J_JBigHam:  We have inspirational quote libraries pre-loaded into our book editing software, to compliment your occasion. You are able to choose as many as you would like or no quotes at all. We also offer various text templates, perfect for telling your story.

My order just came in today and it is absolutely gorgeous! I am actually using one of the photobooks as a guestbook. The paper quality is super nice so it should be able to withstand having lots and lots of signatures and messages on it. Can’t wait to actually use it, ahhh!!!

turtle9748:  Hi there, thanks for posting up your book as I will definitely keep this company in mind. Im getting married in July and I was just wondering if it would be alright by you if I showed some of your photos to my photographer as examples of shots I would like him to take. Let me know, 🙂

This company is terrible. Does not honor promotional offers and has nearly non-existent customer service. Very unreliable. I would not waste your time unless you have a lot of it and it isn’t valuable to you.

My wife and I decided ton Milk as our wedding album supplier since they had offered us a coupon. The coupon is only redeemable at checkout and lasts 21 days. So, we spent many hours making up our album in order to have it ready for ordering before the expiration date.

Well, the promotional code will not work. Customer service is barely responsive and not helpful. And now we have invested 15-20 hours in creating the album but it will cost us much more than we had expected.

So yeah. We are not ordering the album we spent all that time creating and will now cost us twice what was advertised. And now, we will not have the album in time for when we will are traveling to see our families.

Milk, and more specifically, Milks’ lack of customer service and honorable business practices, have cost us the wedding album experience that we wanted.

I wish I just selected a more reputable company and ordered for a slightly higher price.
