I ordered my dress from them and so far the customer service has been great for me, so I am sorry to hear this! I can understand your stress, that is cutting it a little too close for comfort.

TALK TO ANNIE. I have found that the other associates really can’t confirm details other than what is written in front of them, and Annie is the “boss” in customer care as far as I can tell. My wedding is in June and I just ordered my dress yesterday! When I told her that I needed it rushed and I was worried, Annie told me they can ensure that my dress will be here by whatever date I tell them (I asked for beginning of May). I will keep you updated on if they hold true to this or not, and again, I’m sorry that you’re anxious about it. I think you should talk to Annie herself about it.
