I would like to know too 😉

I know I am personally leaning towards mineral makeup, but I’ve not heard how it holds up in heat…

It might depend on your skin. I know I have oilier skin and mineral makeup gets really greasy halfway through the day. I’ve heard airbrushed is a better choice for heat/humidity.

Mineral makeup is terribe for photos because light reflects off of it.  I also wear it as my everyday makeup, and it sweats off really easily.  Airbrush is totally the way to go for wedding day makeup.  I’m actually hoping at some point to get an at home airbrush kit.

Airbrush makeup doesn’t work well for everyone. I’d do a trial run first and see if you like it. My sister did that at her trial run, and she was VERY upset about how it looked. It really didn’t work for her. She ended up asking her makeup artist to use MAC Cosmetics’ professional line. Worked WAY better for her. She looked AMAZING and photographed beautifully.

The key is to find the makeup that works best for you.
