You’re after my heart mcdougal! I keep teasing Fiance that all we’ll be eating will be sweet potato fries…I’d say something with puff pastry either as dessert or for a finger food, and chicken fingers. Then add in some veggies, depending on how healthy you want it to be you could tempura fry some of the veggies.

I just saw a picture somewhere, maybe in the Knot, that had grilled cheese sandwich halves with tomato soup on the bottom–it was in some kind of glass. Macaroni & cheese? Cheesy bread? I LOVE fries too and trying to bring them into wedding, but our caterer says they’re too difficult to keep hot since we’re having lots of people. 🙁

@wedding710 ask if you can use heat lamps to keep them warm because that’s what you’d normally do. Unless you’re not having a buffet.

Um, YUMMY! I’m so jealous I totally want to be a guest at your wedding 🙂 Things like potato and macaroni salad are always yummy and you don’t have to worry about keeping them warm.

Maybe fried mushrooms or some grilled squash and zuchinni on skewers. Love the idea!! Sounds so yummy!! I love sweet potato fries!
