Did anyone else have a weird realisation that when you get married, this will be the last person (in theory) you will ever date, ever kiss, ever love with the emencity that you do.
I love my Fiance with every bone in my body and i cannot imagine nor do i want to be with anyone else, but for some reason that realisation has just hit me.
Talk about bride brain i swear haha.
Anyone else have a weird realisation just before their wedding?

Yes! I told Fiance the other day out of the blue, “I’m sad I never get to go on a first date again!” He laughed at me.
I won’t miss trying to find and meet people, but I will miss that first, do I like him? thought!

@sequinlove: Not really, honestly. Darling Husband and I were together for 10 years before getting married. I had the realization (about 1 month out) of…”I just want to do this already!” We only had a 10 month engagement and it felt entirely too long.

Dh & I were together for 7 years before we got married–I was the hold out. Going on a first date is the one thing I’ve never missed!
What a relief not having to go throgh that anymore!

@bmo88: Oh wow! I can imagine after 10 years youd probably past the point of thinking like that.
