So FI and I are planning to take a trip to Philly in 2 weeks to look at venues, and because we’re not really local, we don’t want to waste any time there touring places that we won’t be seriously considering. We have a decent, but modest budget, and when I contact venues/caterers, I’d like to know that they are affordable to me before I schedule to meet with them.
There are 2 venues that I’ve emailed twice for information, and have specifically asked for pricing information, and when they email me back, they send over pictures and sample menus that don’t include pricing! What’s the point of this???

You might have to phone them? You can hopefully get the answers you want that way.

Pixel8: That was hilarious! Number 3 definitely seems to be like the story of my life now. . . ask for straight forward information, get flowery BS.
