I ordered the moissy for my e-ring from moissaniteco on Saturday, and I am so excited for it to arrive! I’ve been stalking the status page of the site… I can’t even imagine how much I’ll be stalking the tracking number once I get one 🙂
But now I’ve worked myself up about what I ordered, and I’m worried it won’t look good… I ordered a 1.1 ct Mira cushion for my center stone and two 0.10 ct rounds (they don’t make Mira for such small stones). These stones will be next to each other, and I’m concerned that the two small side stones will look bad next to a Mira moissy. The center stone will also be in a very delicate halo made with real diamonds. I’m at work, so I can’t put up a picture of my ring but I think I may have mentioned it in a previous thread I started.
What do you think bees?? Do you think it’ll be a noticeable difference?

No, it will look fine. The smaller a moissanite is, the whiter it looks anyway. I have a .50 carat and a 1 carat, and I think the .50 carat looks noticeably whiter than the 1 carat.

I think you will be fine with the .10 – if they wouldnt look good together moissco would have told you. Another poster mentioned they wanted to order a 3 stone ring but Moissco wouldnt mix the Mira and the regular moissanite together because of the contrast – I have a Mira and love it and I am sure it will be fine against a regular moissy that small

@CanadianMermaid:I ordered three loose stones, so I’m not sure moissaniteco would “stop” me since it’s not explicitly obvious I’ll be putting it into a three-stone ring. But you’re right.. a moissy that small should be fine. Here’s hoping!
