I love your longer oval — now I see the prongs even more clearly!  It’s such a stunning center stone that I’d worry that the wide wedding band takes away from the e-ring. Maybe something more delicate?  Still beautiful either way…

teambryan :  I like it! I tend to be a fan of wide bands, anyhow. But I like that band with your engagement ring because I feel like the width of it and the baguettes mirror the shank of your engagement ring. (I’m not sure I’m explaining this very well, so I hope it makes sense. LOL) Your engagement ring is gorgeous, and it looks stunning on you!

Since you asked for mismatched pics … I’m gonna post one. My Darling Husband just gave me this band a few days ago for my birthday, and I love it. It’s diamond and sapphire. This is my anniversary ring (for our 15th) in the picture. It has a wide shank and shoulders, which can make pairing a band with it a bit of a challenge.

I disagree with the PP, I think it is in perfect proportion to your ering and completely compliments it, Rock that bling it is stunning

I love mismatched rings and generally like wedding bands to be wider than the e ring but your e ring band is already wide so that wedding band width and style complements it so well! I love the combo! Here’s my soon to be wedding band set.

teambryan :  Thanks! smile

I’ve only had the sapphire and diamond band for about a week, so I haven’t worn it on its own. I don’t expect I will, though. I almost always wear a “set” of rings. On the rare times when it seems like a set isn’t a good idea, I usually wear my plain yellow gold band or go ringless. (eek! the horror! lol wink)

Here’s mine! I can’t wait till I’m able to wear it, just under 3 weeks from now 😍

I don’t know why this pic is so big….I was sure I saved it as medium size…
