So we my fiancé ordered a wedding band and when it came in the colors were off. I wanted sterling silver (it is all I wear and will agree with my sensitive skin) well it came in and the colors are off. But I love the ring. Is it off enough that we should look for another ring or do you think it will be ok? Our wedding is one month from Thursday..

@MrsUNClover: Your right. it is off. hmmmm….what to do what to do…I like the WB on it own, though. Do you plan on wearing them together?

Is your ering also sterling silver? It may match up better after you have worn the wedding band for a while, it probably has a rhodium finish, so they will likely be closer in color after you have worn the wedding band for a while. The wedding band is really nice, and it goes nicely with your ering, if I were you, I would keep it,

I would keep it. I think it emphasizes that it is two seperate rings, and not just one really thick one. Plus it’s unique!

You could always wear your ering on your right hand til the colours match? Or maybe the jeweller can do something? I think they look lovely together thoug, even though the colours differ at the moment. You know… anything goes. As long as YOU like it, who cares?

Are they both silver? Maybe one is more tarnished than the other and a simple cleaning will correct that.

Yes they are both sterling silver and I love them both. I am hoping that once I get my e-ring polished up they will match better.
