You could always buy the pricier pasteurized eggs. then you don’t have to worry about the runny eggs. I love eggs benedict, too =]

I can’t eat runny egg yolks OR Brie when I get pregnant?!?!?! Two of my greatest loves in life?! Just one more reason to put off the baby-making for a few more years.
