When I’m not taking the pill I have very regular and heavy periods. I’m taking loestrin 24fe (using it for about 4 years now) and I really like the fact that I usually only get a light period every other month on it.
My problem is now I’ve had no period for the last 3 months. I’m about to start my next pack tomorrow, and I feel like I have to buy pregnancy tests just to be sure.
Is anyone else dealing with this? I really do like no periods, but sometimes it gets to the point where I’m worried.

I would take a test, just to be sure.

I’m on Loestrin Fe 24, too, and I’ve had no period for the last 3 years. My gyn says it’s perfectly normal. Test just to ease your mind, but it’s one of the perks of the pill. Makes the $$ worth it!

Took a test that was negative so i’m at ease and happy with my pills again. I guess I’m just going to keep taking pregnancy tests every few months to check. This week I really did appreciate the absent period.

Yes, I also take a generic of loestrin and had 3 or 4 months without a period and then my pill was recalled the next month! Eep. However, beyond that I sometimes skip a month or two with my “period” (AKA birth control withdrawal bleeding; it’s not a true period) because loestrin doesn’t build up much of a lining, so sometimes there’s nothing to shed!
I’ve talked to my doctor, and have been assured this is normal. That’s not to say I don’t get a little paranoid once in a while and take a pregnancy test just to be sure…
