Have no idea.I dont follow any bloggers. There are just to many to try to follow. I mostly go straight to the boards and or DIY boards. Looks like u follow these bloggers very closely! Hope u get some answers. Maybe they are very busy in their new (married life). I can just imagine the crazy time right after u get married.

@2012maybride: I know Pashmina is now expecting, that could be the reason for her delay.

As far as I know, there isn’t anything currently scheduled to revisit old bees who haven’t finished recapping. Many of them have personal reasons for not finishing yet, some just got busy and never had the chance, and I know that several people are still planning on finishing up their recaps soon!

I can definitely understand that as a reader it can be sad or frustrating when bees don’t come back and finish – I know that there are several bees whose recaps I would love to see as well! However, there is almost always a good reason why the bees haven’t finished their recaps, and you just have to trust that they would absolutely do it if there weren’t other life events in the way. Since we’re all volunteers there technically aren’t any “rules” about having to come back and recap, so it’s up to each individual blogger whether or not they want to come back and recap/explain what’s going on. I hope you understand, and please know that all of the bees love the readers and would love to be able to finish their recaps, sometimes other events just happen that prevent them from being able to.

This is the reason why I stopped following the blog, too many loggers just disappear.

Ditto Pengy. Mrs. Bruschetta is planning (I hope) some belated recaps.

I agree, some life events like babies, job changes, moves, etc can make recapping hard and/or impossible. I always appreciate when MIA bees DO come back and finish recapping. It’s so nice to see everything in the end and that they make the time to fill us in. ๐Ÿ™‚

Hi pretty ladies! I have every intention of coming back – I promise.  Because of some upcoming life changes and other things, I have had to put a hold on recapping for the time being.  I know it is no excuse, but unfortunately, sometimes life does take over.  However, I won’t leave you all hanging. Recaps will start before the end of the year!

As much as I’d love to see the recaps and hear how these bees are doing, I totally understand not finishing the recaps. Once you have your wedding, it’s really hard to go back and pour yourself into writing recaps and choosing pictures to go along with your words. Not only that, but sometimes things don’t turn out the way you wanted them to so you just want to move on and not have to think about it.

Not only that, but blogging takes a LOT of time. I have a personal blog that I have fallen flat on for a while now because I just can’t find the time or motivation!

I think planning and thinking about the upcoming wedding was a LOT more fun than looking back at every detail of the actual day. Because it happens so fast it’s almost like a disappointment, even if you had everything you wanted. I’m really glad I don’t have to write recaps because I would have the same problems I think other bees are running into.
