Great ideas! Thanks!
Great ideas! Thanks!
I really like matthew good band – you and me
We are using “Feels like home” by Chantel Kreviazuk
Wow you have a lot of good suggestions already! I think almost all the songs posted already are great.
We are doing either History in the Making (Darius Rucker) or You & Me (Dave Matthews Band).
I absolutely LOVE this song, so glad I came across this thread, I am so hoping my Fiance will be on board with this song, it’s perfect!! Lady Antebellum – When You Got a Good Thing
So far he has nixed ALL of my choices… please hope he will go for this one lol!
Some nice choices here, ladies. We will be waltzing away to “My Phone’s On Vibrate For You” by (my boyfriend) Rufus Wainwright.
“Best Friend” By Tim McGraw
“Making Memories of Us” By Keith Urban
“First Day of My Life” By Bright Eyes
“If I Ain’t Got You” By Alisha Keys
“All I Want Is You” By Barry Louis Polisar
These are some of the ones that I’m using for various parts of the wedding! 🙂
Happy wedding planning all!
We used Somebody by Depeche Mode.
We used the hawaiian version of “Better Together” by Jack Johnson.
We are using “Everything” by Michael Buble. It is fun and upbeat and we aren’t really a sappy couple.
Other choices we considered:
“First Day of My Life” -Bright Eyes
“Me & You”- Kenny Chesney
“Pressed Against the Sky”- The Toadies (this is a little known gem worth trying out!)
“One and Only”- Adele
I had orgionally wanted to have our first dance song be Stolen by Dashboard Confessional, but my Fiance actaully had a song picked out. How can I say no to him when he actaully has thoughts on a topic involving the wedding.
Our first dance song will be Only Exception by Parapmore. Apparently he never intended on getting married and I am the exception.
I am however having my bridesmaids walk into to Stolen on the paino (althhough I am also considering a Piano version of Israel Kamakawiwo’ole’s Somewhere Over the Rainbow) and the Anniversary Dance will also be Stolen.
“Bless the Broken Road” by Rascal Flatts =)
