Hi ladies! I need some help with bridesmaid dresses. I can’t find good modest ones that meet my requirements – knee- or midi-length, chiffon, not from a dodgy site, $100 or less. Can anyone point me in the right direction? I’m probably gonna go with blush and/or champagne colored dresses…
Edited to add: my idea of modest is basically a dress with sleeves. I’d like for the neckline to cover cleavage but that is easily altered so it’s not a requirement.
Thanks in advance! 🙂

I dont know where you are located, but here in Salt Lake City there are tons of places with their own lines of modest bridesmaid dresses. If you did a search for shops that are local to Utah you might find something you could purchase online.

Though not chiffon, this dress from Shabby Apple is flowy and light, and within your budget at $94.00:

I don’t know how much of a sleeve you need, but vowtobechic.com (like rent the runway, but for bridesmaids dresses) has some options. These are all chiffon and all of the dresses can come in longer lengths just by selecting the option for a “tall” dress. The only catch is that you can’t alter these since you need to send them back at the end (but that ends up saving on total cost). They will send you multiple sizes, though, and provide two different length options based on your height, so the chances of them not fitting are basically nonexistent. I used this website for my wedding last month and one of my bridesmaids went up two sizes (after sending in her initial measurements) due to getting in a car accident, so she wasn’t able to fit into the ones she ordered. They just sent her more until it fit. The customer service there is excellent.
There’s this one for $85 (my personal fav- its longer, comes in blush, and covers cleavage) (http://www.vowtobechic.com/monica):
This one for actual sale at $95- note: the off-the-shoulder sleeves can come up, though the example photo of this isn’t the blush one (http://www.vowtobechic.com/union)
Or there is this one at $80- the color is buff instead of blush though (http://www.vowtobechic.com/mahogany)

Depending on what you consider modest, Azazie might have something that you like. They are closer to $119-$149 but some of the modest styles are in the clearance section for $35.

Depending how formal you want and your tastes, ModCloth can have some gems! You can get 20 per cent off for signing up for a mailing list.
This $54.99 dress has a very high and modest neckline, if you’re okay with the length: http://www.modcloth.com/shop/dresses/celebrate-success-lace-dress-in-petal
This is pretty close to your budget at 40 per cent off (I’m seeing the Canadian price which I think is about $100 US), and IMO very nice: http://shop.nordstrom.com/s/eliza-j-lace-faille-dress-regular-petite/3955334?origin=category-personalizedsort&fashioncolor=BLACK
They also have a cheaper, longer sleeve version, but sizing looks limited: http://shop.nordstrom.com/s/eliza-j-lace-faille-dress-regular-petite/4537365?origin=coordinating-4537365-0-1-PDP_1-Data_Lab_Recommendo_V2-fbt_similar_items&recs_type=coordinating&recs_productId=4537365&recs_categoryId=0&recs_productOrder=1&recs_placementId=PDP_1&recs_source=Data_Lab_Recommendo_V2&recs_strategy=fbt_similar_items&recs_referringPageType=item_page

Would you consider getting a dress without sleeves and adding a shawl or bolero? If so, David’s bridal is affordable.
If not, check out non-traditional places for bridesmaid dresses like Macy’s or another department store.

Check out LDS/Mormon dress shops, almost all their dresses usually have sleeves, higher necks and longer hems.
