I am going to have 3 bridesmaides (inc MOH).
I am choosing my 2 cousins and my Future Sister-In-Law.
For the Maid/Matron of Honor I would prefer one of my cousins as Future Sister-In-Law will only be 18/19, my cousins were married in 2010 (6 years apart from me) and they live closer. But they are twins….How do I choose a Maid/Matron of Honor out of twins? I feel it would be mean to choose one over the other. My partner said to let them decide.

I have two Maid/Matron of Honor. You could have one or two or three or none. Just let them know that you don’t feel comfortable “promoting” any one relationship over the other. Ask them if they have any strong feeling over performing traditional Maid/Matron of Honor duties (where they stand, who signs the license…) and hopefully everybody is understanding and supportive of your decisions (if not why would you want them standing with you?) 🙂

Decided to have two MOHs and the Future Father-In-Law said that Future Sister-In-Law would be a bad choice due to her living 2-3hrs away and potentially going to boarding school later this year until grade 12.
