Obviously you’ve already gotten the jist of everyone’s opinions on this.  But you probably SHOULD kick her out as a favor to her, and your friendship. 


As ridiculous it is to kick her out over this moment in question, I think it’s clear your expecations are very high, and her commitment is well we can’t really know what it is, but she certainly isn’t inconviniencing her own life for this wedding.  In which case, booting her out now will save huge headaches and stress for everyone involved. 


Sweet bride, everyone is happy for you and I’m sure your friend is as well, but she is NOT your employee.

lulubride12:  ok just because she cant go dress shopping that day doent mean she doesnt want to be in the wedding. And just cause she’s your Maid/Matron of Honor is isnt your personal assistant or your glitter covered slave. Seriously girl.
