Hello Lovelies,
I’m in need of an etiquette question answered. So I have three ladies as my bridesmaids. They are as follows: sis-in-law, sister and very good friend. I’ve already asked them to be my bridesmaids but I now want to designate one as my Maid/Matron of Honor. It would be the very good friend. My sister and I are also fairly close and I’m wondering once I ask the Maid/Matron of Honor if she would accept that role how should I then tell my sister that I didn’t choose her or should I even tell her?

if you already asked them to be bridesmaids then i dont think they are expecting to be maid of honor as well as bridesmaid. Just tell you good friend that u want her to b Maid/Matron of Honor and i dont think you need to say anything to the others.

100% agree with Bells. The expectation of Maid/Matron of Honor is already gone since your sister thinks she is just a bridesmaid anyway.

ok, so I won’t even address it with my sister. I won’t broach the topic unless she does. Thanks Ladies!!
