@christie.vowell:  I can’t help you with a picture. But I can give my opion:) I don’t think it’ll be over powering or too big at all. I am a size 4.5 and a 1.5 carat eqivualent round looks very nice on me.  It’s all personal preferance. I’m sure you’ll get use the center stone after a while and it won’t look so big; heck, it may even start looking small with time and you’ll probably want an up grade:) I hope this helps. Good luck!

I have a size 5 ring size and a 1.5ct amora moissanite. My setting is Eng 144 from moissaniteco. I love it! I thought about getting 1.25ct and I ended up going bigger because I heard about “ring shrinkage” and I’m glad I did. At first I thought it was HUGE and now it feels like I could go bigger. 😉

I think it would look just fine. I have a 1.5 carat H colored Ring Bearer with .5 carat diamond on the halo. My finger at the bottom is a 4.5 but a 5 at the KnuckleItsy ring is big and gets tons of attention but is gorgeous

This is a 6mm (0.75 ct equivalent) on a 4.75 size ring (which is a little large for me).  I love the size of my moissy, but I don’t wear any other jewelry and I do a lot of things with my hands.

My finger is a size 5.5 and I went with a 1.1 carat cushion cut. It is 6mm

After much debate, I went with 1.25 ct (7mm). Ring size 5.5, finger size between 4.75-5.5 (it varies with time of day/season).

1.25 ct is big enough to be noticeable (and look nice in proportion to this finger size) but not big enough to be like “OMG that’s huge” or in any way gaudy. It’s a really comfortable size. Also it looks larger than most 1.25 ct diamonds I tried on, because of the cut.

When I first got my ring, I thought the size was absolutely perfect (and I still do, mostly). Now sometimes I wish it was 1.5 ct instead, which we *almost* got — we even ordered a 1.5 ct stone to compare. However the bigger stone did not look right in my delicate setting. So the type of setting you get may also impact the size of stone you go with. Let us know what you decide!

I LOVE mine! Can’t stop looking at it! There is a yellow hue in certain lights, but I don’t care and no one else seems to see it but me. $1,000 in the entire set!

I have a 6.5mm or 1.1 carat cushion. My ring size is a 6 ( that being said I picked a 6 instead a bit larger because I wanted to stay on my finger.  I could have handled a smaller stone, because im clumsy.  I had the opposite of ring shrinkage. I find fault with everything so I was expecting that after a bit I would start to wish I had picked a different ring. Right guy right shiny I guess.

I have a 5.25 finger and am thinking of getting 2 carat equiv.

Here is a 2 carat berricle (stand in CZ ring) for reference size
