My fiancée had a great experience with MoCo. My ring is perfect and I’ve had no issues with it at all, had it almost 2 years. I have a one carat equivalent H&A colorless center stone.

sunburn :  I’m not saying your description isn’t accurate, regarding how some people feel.

I’m saying that it’s not some “scientific” term. I’ve only ever heard it on the Bee.

Hereforthecake :  Its a pretty common term regarding actual diamonds. I’ve seen it referred to lots on pricescope and other stone forums.

Anyways OP, MoCo has absolutely horrific reviews. In fact I distinctly remember multiple (now deleted) threads where people referred to them as the “MoCo Mafia” LOL. They have swapped peoples stones, sent garbage workmanship and refused to fix it, and then they try to intimidate people with legal action or keeping their rings so they take down their posts. It’s actually quite shameful and I would never recommend them.

And I’ll also say that moissy DOES look different than a diamond. People may not know WHY it looks different, but theres always that sort of “not quite right” look about it. CZ is the closest diamond simulant, and significantly cheaper!
