I have been stalking these boards for awhile and have finally decied to join and post for the first time.
Me and my boyfriend have been looking at rings on moissanite co and I am sure on how big to go. I have a size 7 finger and am looking at the eng295a 1.25 ct? Do you with this will be too big/small?
If anyone has this ring I would love to see pictures! or of anything similar please post pics with ring and ct size 🙂

I would also love to know with width of your bands

I have a 6mm on a 4.5 finger, with a 2-3mm band (not sure of the exact width)
Here is a “coverage” chart to help you decide on a center stone size (hope this helps)

I have (had) a size 8 finger with a 2ct. (8mm) RB moissanite. I may be more of a 7.5-7.75 now that I lost a few pounds since we went to get sized because it’s a touch loose. I was concerned it was going to be too large at first, and it’s most definitely large but I’m really glad I picked it…I don’t think I will suffer the dreaded ring shrinkage lol!! I thought briefly about 3ct but feel that is too large for me. Edit: Not sure of my band width.

I have a size 7 finger. I have two rings. One with a 1.25ct center and one with a 2.5ct center. I like the 2.5ct better in terms of finger coverage.

Order their free ring sizer! It comes with a chart with scaled images of the gems… I thought i’d want a 1.4 ct equivalent cushion cut but on my finger it’s not as large as I’d like so I’m hoping to go up to a 1.8 ct!

1.25 ct equiv on size 7.5 finger! Of course, princess cuts face up a little smaller than rounds. Both bands are 2mm wide.

I had a 7.5mm on a 6.25-6.5 finger and I thought it was really big. I think a 7mm would look great on a size 7 finger. 🙂

Here’s my future ER center stone, unset. I’m a size 7, and the amora gem is Just under 4cts. I love the finger coverage I will have, but unset, i don’t find it to be as large as it soundS:)

Is that a solitaire or a halo? That will make a difference as well with finger coverage.
Try the website diamdb.com – you can put in measurements and see how they look on your size finger.
