So, I can only help you a little, some other bees who have rings from there will be better help but since you had no answers yet, I thought I would post.
My ring is a 2 carat equivalent but it’s a cushion, they face up smaller than rounds do. I think it compares more to a 1.5 round, but my finger size is 6.5. IMO it’s the perfect size for me.
My ring is not from MoissaniteCo, it’s from Etsy and my stone is a G-H Neo moissy. My band with a straight baguettes is a different brand of moissanite (Zaya), and those are colorless. I would have never known there was a difference if I didn’t know about the specs, but in all fairness, the stones being a different cut could also be why. (FYI that other band is princess cuts, but diamonds)
So, I know not totally what you were looking for, but I hope that helps a little. Good luck!
Also, you can use this site to check out the various size stones on any size finger. https://www.diamdb.com/compare/1.5ct-round-vs-2ct-cushion/

Also can’t fully be of help, but maybe this will give you an idea of the color when compared to another bee’s ring? Personally I like really white, some others like the but of warmth of a near colorless. I have a C&C F1 colorless def hearts and arrows. My ring size is 5 and my moissy is a .75 or 6 mm… The stones on the bands are diamonds g/h in color

I was kind of in the same boat as you. I’m simple, but I didn’t want my ring to be just a plain solataire. For a while I was contemplating between some bling or full on bling. I settled for just a bit. My ring is from MoissaniteCo. The model is ENR-149 with 6-pongs. It’s 1.5ct, C&C F1 H&A Colorless (D-F). My ring size is 6.5, I’m wearing a 6.25 currently so it’s a bit small.

Go with 1.5ct. It’s a nice size. I think you’ll likely regret not going big more than you would regret not going small. I thought I picked a pretty good size but sometimes I wish I had just gone a tad bigger.

D-F or G-H just means one is colorless and the other has more of a warmth to it. I got colorless. It took me a bit to get use to it. I literally posted on the board wondering why my ring doesn’t look like most on the board just a day ago, lol. There is a price difference, but not by must. When you go on the site, the drop down menu under “Center Stone” shows you the price differences between them all. I think some people like the warmth because it looks more realistic? For me, I’m getting use to the icy look of it in different lighting and when I’m wearing all white.

Also, when you get the ring, clean it. You’d think they already cleaned it for you, but after properly cleaning my ring it looked so much more beautiful. It took me 2 times of cleaning it to realized the proper way to make it shine.

Mine is a MoissyCo. My size is a 5.5 and my stone is 8mm (2 carat), colorless hearts and arrows. I really like how white mine looks so if you like a very white/blue stone go with colorless. Near colorless is still pretty white, but I know in some lighting there is some warmth.

luckyrabbit :  thank you! ๐Ÿ™‚ And I’m use to the size now, but a few months after the engagement I was still hesitant. My SO picked out the ring and it helped that other people were complimenting the stone/ring lol. I don’t wear jewelry or wear make up so this 2 carat stone was a big surprise. I absolutely love it though ๐Ÿ™‚

futurebridetobe2019 :  Congratulations!! It’s such and exciting time in your life ๐Ÿ˜€ What a gorgeous set you’ve chosen – it’s just enough bling without being OTT! With respect to your questions – if you are trying to choose between two stone sizes I always err on the side of larger because “shrinkage syndrome” is real! I have a size 6 finger and have both 1.5 ct and 2 ct moissies and there really isn’t a noticeable difference between them so I think 1.5 ct would look great on you.

Should you get colourless (D-E-F) or near colourless (G-H) – that’s harder because it is a personal preference and depends on how colour sensitive you are. I have a pair of .5 ctw D H&A moissy studs and an E colour Amora Gem – they are very colourless and the AG at times has a steely colour to it. The other ring I have is an H graded moissy. I’ve learned that colourless is not what I like best. Near colourless stones look pretty white and, to me, they seem to have more pastel flashes which is something I like.

I have (and have had tongue-out) a lot of moissanite jewellery – pretty much all of it purchased from Moissaniteco. I’ve found the settings to be solid and well made and customer service really good. My son purchased my DIL’s platinum wedding rings from MoCo – they were beautifully done and she loved them.

jbear310 :  thank you! I looked long and hard as there were others similar but not as dainty. I bought mine from gold creations in Brookfield, wi and did the diamonds halfway vs all the way around. ๐Ÿ˜
