My s.o ordered my ring from vancouvermoissanite.com and we are both super happy with it,  it is a pretty small company run by just one guy (I think) so he answered all my questions I had!

spaceyk :  gemvera has started to carry moisssanite, their site gives you the option to choose from several settings then you customize your stones/metal etc..

I know you say you’ve seen all the moissy rings on etsy – but as you’re asking for ‘unique’ jewellers-  have you checked out annafinejewellery ?  She does some really lovely unique designs and also does custom.

I’m waiting on my custom three stone bezel moissy with ‘hidden’ lab emerald at the moment!

What sort of unique are you looking for?  Maybe its worth going custom?

Wexford Jewelers Has a brick and mortar and online shop. They work with Moissy and do custom work. They are finishing a project for me as we speak.  :).  Julie was awesome to work with!

spaceyk : Aren’t they cool?? I love the story behind moissanite and I like to think of them as space diamonds 🙂

I got my recent upgrade from MoissaniteCo.com and I was very happy. They have a huge selection and can do customizations as well. I’m actually planning on getting a customized wedding band from them to replace my diamond one.

My ring is from moissaniteco.com. Fiance said he had zero issues with ordering the ring and the transaction was very easy. The quality of the ring is amazing— the stone & the setting!

If you’re thinking about going the custom route hit up Joseph Schubach Jewelers or David Klass. Both have excellent reputations for working with moissanite.

My ring is from Schubach’s and I can’t say enough wonderful things about their patience, customer service and workmanship! Truly amazing. I have a double halo with tiny pave and have never once had a single problem in 3 years.

brittanybulmer :  Is your ring a Harro Gem or a Forever One? I’m also looking at Vancouver Moissanite for my ER but have been leary since there weren’t many reviews & I had never heard of them before. So glad to hear you’ve had a good experience with them!

Your ring is gorgeous!!

You can buy the stone and the setting separately — in fact, that is usually recommended to get the best price on the total ring. Any reputable jeweler will be able to set the moissanite for you. That’s how we did it: loose stone from C&C at moissanite co, setting elsewhere, set by a local jeweler.

mrsmay07 you have helped me find my dream ring! I was looking all over for an emerald cut ring with a halo and thickish band (I had just made a post asking about it when I saw this thread). Thank you for mentioning Gemvara! Found my ring in less than 2 minutes.

foxxysoxx :  I ordered the forever one just because I couldn’t find much info on the harro gem and I am not one bit disappointed 😍
