@somethingaquamarine:  It depends on the size of moissanites. My 7mm peachy pink costs only $62 more than 7mm regular moissanite, in 6mm size difference is only $37.

@sexymama118:  seriously! my god. If people write nasty things, just flag it and/or ignore it. No need to constantly get your panties in a wad over the same issues.

If you haven’t learned by now, starting a thread like this trying to keep people out only creates more drama!

OP, I think your title invites some drama, even if it is unintentional.  All ladies are entitled to their opinion when it comes to what they choose for an e-ring, but you’re right that snarkiness shouldn’t be tolerated!  But I think by asking for no drama it, unfortunately, invites drama :/
With that being said, here are some pictures taken of my FB 1.4 cushion double halo set in palladium with no flash under various lighting conditions, BlondeMissMolly I believe you were interested.

She’s still not mine for keeps, I think SO thinks it’s cute that I found the hiding spot and sneak her out when I can bc I told him I know where “my precious is” and I play with it, and he hasn’t moved her! LOL  Seriously so distracted over it all!!!

ONLY the last photo has overhead lighting, all other photos were taken indoors in natural lighting ๐Ÿ™‚ It’s amazing how many different colors it can be! I LOVE IT!

@als1214:  I think drama still arrives because some people can’t help themselves (ie, they are just compelled to make themselves heard for whatever reason) and/or are lacking in reading and comprehension skills. It also amuses me that those who are free with their criticisms (“I can say what I want.. it’s the Internet!”) are the ones who can’t seem to handle having their opinions criticized – which others are certainly free to do. Just know that there are plenty of other Bees who share your love for moissanites.

@als1214:  OP i thoroughly apologize if i added to the drama. I only made one comment in defense of the moissy hopefully in a respectful manner. I really was super excited about this thread and realized it made a slight detour in the wrong direction. hopefully the peace you sought to attain will return

@Miss Circe:  Thank you!!  I think some people are salty because they didn’t know about moissy before getting engaged and now that women can rock bigger, prettier (IMO) stones at half the price they are just jealous ๐Ÿ˜‰

I recently watched a moissy youtube video where a husband BASHED the woman up and down for having a moissy, simply because his wife saw one and got ring envy after he dropped a significant amount of money on her 1 ct diamond ring.  Now she wants and 2 ct moissy that is a fraction of the cost and he is LIVID.

@lampshade:  Thank you both so much! I think I might have already plugged this once on this thread, but the setting is from an Etsy shop called Eternal Elements…she has great stuff and was awesome to work with for anyone looking for nice RHRs too! ๐Ÿ™‚

@Taeyers:  Love your ring!  And I agree, and not just this thread, but so many posters seem to spend a lot of time just mindlessly typing hurtful and snarky things.  It’s a shame.  Many times I have bit my tongue a lot on here for fear of getting attacked on certain topics.  Its really nice to see this thread!

@princessggg That is the prettiest princess (square brilliant/whatever) cut moissy I have seen on the boards!!  I usually am a princess cut girl myself and always envisioned that as my wedding ring cut, but I was afraid to take the leap w/ moissy.  That makes me want to get a RHR now!

I had heard about moissanite years ago on a makeup forum where a user was talking about her new engagement ring.  I actually found the Bee trying to figure out what the stone was from years ago as I had forgotten.  I really like the peachy pink moissanites in rose gold, but wanted something more neutral for my ering so went with regular moissanite in palladium.  Maybe a RHR one day for the peachy pink ๐Ÿ™‚  Here is my moissy:

I also have moissanite studs but no pics of them.  I had wanted studs for a long time, and it  gave me a chance to see the stone in person before comitting to the ring.
