I am very set on getting a moissanite and I have been looking at all the beautiful rings on here and LOVE them all! I just have a few questions that I need solved before we take the big leap and purchase one! The one I am looking at is a 2.10ct oval in rose gold. Will the rose gold make it reflect that color and look more yellow? And also is it in my best interest to have it enhanced? Or what would be the best cut to have because I also love the pear shape too. These are the ones I’m looking at. Which one do you all like best?

Love them both! Mine ring is platinum so idk about color, but Jcent has a bunch of rose gold stuff. I think hers might be all colored moissy but it’s worth asking her.

If you are concerned with yellow you should definitely get an enhanced moissy, this will help make it appear less so.
Fancy cuts like pears show more color. Brilliant round shows the least.
i have a radiant cut and it looks white the vast majority of the time, it’s in a yellow gold setting next to diamond baguettes

Thank you all very much! It’s very helpful 🙂

I am not sure if mine is enhanced or not, but it is as white as they come. It sparkles in the dark, I kid you not. I would def try to see some irl if you can. the Charles and Colvard website has a list of authorized distributors all over the world, some of them brick and mortar. Check them out. Mine completely blows my mind and it’s from JTV. The quality is brilliant!

Thats prefect since they one we are wanting to purchase is a Charles and Colvard and I would love to try and see one in perain first if I could!

I don’t have a moissy but I really like the oval! I’d definitely get the enhanced since it’s a fancy shape, large, and you want rose gold.

I don’t know much about moissy, but that pear cut ring is gorgeous! I like it more than the other one you are deciding between.

Well, if you are going to have a fancy cut, go with the Forever Brilliant line, it’s the whitest rough out there and will minimize the color, though there will still be some.
The best route to go would be to have somewhere like Schubachs or Amcor hand pick one for you so you know got a good one.
I’m biased towards the pear cut myself. 😉
