I was googling after wedding stuff, and came across this site. And I haven’t been able to leave since!
I discovered the moissanite in here, and decided that I want a moissy ring, that goes with my engagement ring. I was originally planning on a simple wedding ring, and just adding a diamond to my engagement ring, but I like it to much to alter it. So I have decided on a bigger wedding ring, instead.
Was hoping that you could help me find a suitable moissy, that will look good next to my engagement ring?
Here is a picture of my engagement ring.

Hopefully somebody will post their moissy/diamond combo rings.
Personallly, I wouldn’t want to do this. Diamonds and moissy look so different that they aren’t going to match well together.

Yes, I hope to see pictures of them together.
I really thought they wouldn’t look that bad next to eachother? Especially since the diamonds on my engagement ring are quite small, compared to the moissy size i had in mind? 🙂
But please, post some pictures girls. it would really help me out!
I dont really get the chance to se a moissy in person, as they are not sold (as I am aware of) in Norway :-/.

There are lots of women on this site with moissy/diamond rings and they look great.

Not exactly what you’re looking for, but a little help for you. 🙂 I have a moissanite e-ring and a diamond/sapphire wedding band. Honestly, the diamonds and the moissanite side stones are small enough that they just look like little white sparkly stones. They look perfectly fine together!

@misspeanut: Thank you! What size is the main stone in your e-ring? I was thinking about getting something about the same size, I think 🙂

@SusieNor: I need to get a picture of my moissy and diamonds together in better light, but here they are. When they’re of small size, it is very hard to tell them apart. I think diamonds and moissanite look beautiful together, but I know some people people might disagree. You just need to find what works for you 🙂

@ttverdy: I love your nail colour!!

@ttverdy: Thank you so much! Gorgeous rings! 🙂 (both of you)
Cant wait to order one myself. But first I have to decide size, and if I want sidestones, etc etc..
After seing your pictures, I don’t think it will be a problem that my e-ring has diamonds.
I heard that the new gem, amora is supposed to look even better. But doesnt seem like it will be out on the open marked any time soon!?

No one will be able to tell that they are two different stones. I have a moissy e-ring and am planning on getting a diamond wedding band.
I’ve tried on several diamond wedding bands with my moissy and you can’t tell, plain and simple. The jewelers don’t even know the difference until they look “through the machine.”
Here’s my e-ring (moissy):
