not South Africa, but we purchased my ring from Moissaniteco and I’m in Australia. it was within the estimated delivery time (only by a day or two though, I think, but still within!), it didn’t get stuck in customs at all, and the tracking was up to date at all times – right down to the delivery time. it was a really easy and pleasant experience with them getting my ring! my main gripe would be currency exchange rayes because the AUD isn’t great but that’s not Moissaniteco’s fault haha

catface:  The exchange rate sucks right now! Had you seen moissanite in person prior to ordering online?

Not SA but we are in the UK and ordered from MoissaniteCo.. As far as I’m aware it took about 4 weeks from ordering the ring to receiving it. I think it may have been at customs for a day but FedEx paid the fees and then sent us a bill for £25 so the package must have been marked at $100.

We went for the Forever One and I couldn’t be happier – it’s stunning and having had it for 2 months now I’ve never seen any hint of any other colour.

thepinkflamingo:  actually no! we basically just took a gamble on it because I loved the look of a diamond solitaire but didn’t want to break the bank. read up heaps on it online (a lot here!) and ended up getting a F1. don’t regret a thing – it’s so stunning in person!

We ordered from Canada. Shipping time was what was expected. They did not mark the box as $100 though and my fiancé had to pay almost $300 in taxes to get it over the border.
