klein27 :  Forget waiting for a reply, they will drag their feet making it right then demand you remove this post and anything else you have written. File a complaint with your credit card company and get the charges reversed.

Contemptible behaviour but unfortunately, it’s true to form for that company.

Good for you for filing with the BBB.

klein27 :  Any update? This wouldn’t be the first time someone ghosted after they wrote a negative post about MoCo. Hope all is well!

Holy shit. WHY NOT JUST REFUND YOUR MONEY??!! Or hell, I don’t know, REMAKE THE DAMN RING??? It’s not rocket science here people. This is beyond insanity.

I hope your credit card company sides with you once they have proof that the ring was received by MoCo and they signed for it. I can’t imagine it going any other way but I’d blast them on every single social media outlet I could think of once I got that refund. I also hope the BBB opens the complaint back up and it shows on their profile when others look. I’m so sorry you’re having to deal with this! They are horrible.

klein27 :  Wow, I’m sorry this turned out so poorly for you. I hope you get a refund ASAP. That is absolutely unprofessional on so many levels.

MoissaniteCo, if you’re reading this (and you probably are) …

You DO realize it’s highly illegal to misrepresent gold, right? So if you’re claiming it’s 18k but it’s actually 14k, you could get in a lot of trouble!?

Not to mention unethical of course.

I mean … wtf!
