I had a great experience. I know there have been many horror stories, but my ring has been perfect. The craftsmanship is beautiful, and I’m rough on my hands.

Sure! I have the eng245c-F1. The pave band is only 1.35 mm thick, so very dainty but has held up just fine. I did lose a stone after having it for 2 months, but it was completely my fault. I caught the band on a metal hook at work. One of the side stones fell out, but the band didn’t bend. I had it insured so it was free to replace and none have fallen out since.

elainebenes123 :  I had a great experience with moissanite co. I emailed chris about a dozen times when I was contemplating a custom design and he was always super helpful. I ended up choosing Sol387-b and my fiance had a great experience with them through the ordering process as well. One of their customer service reps emailed him every other day with an update on progress because he ordered a little too close to his desired proposal date. My ring is perfect in every way.

elainebenes123 :  No we have it insured through Jeweler’s Mutual, purchased after we got the ring. Affordable and worth it for me since I am tough on my hands, but don’t like taking my ring off.

I had a fantastic experience!! Their customer service was amazing (and that’s coming from someone with an anxiety disorder.. I may have emailed them a few times..) and my ring was perfect and remains so! I did get a very standard solitaire without any side stones so I can’t speak to those, but I asked for specific rounded prongs and they turned out exactly how I wanted. I was worried at first that my stone was too big for my liking (even though it was the size I had asked for) and they actually told me I could exchange it at no cost (and get the difference in price refunded) if after a week or so I still wanted to!

It’s so disappointing to hear that some people have had some negative experiences with them, but keep in mind that people who have had negative experiences are more likely to be vocal than those who had a smooth experience! If you have concerns, I would address them with a representative beforehand and familiarize yourself with their return policy, should anything turn out poorly. Best of luck to you! 🙂

elainebenes123 :  Thank you! My stone is a colorless forever one hearts and arrows. It can be very icey so I tend to recommend near colorless for those wanting a more natural appearance.

elainebenes123 :  I’ve purchased from them numerous times and have been pleased everytime. I’ve had good customer service and have gotten what I paid for. I have a solitaire and a double halo ring with moissanite side stones so I’ve never had the diamond sidestone issue, I’ve also purchased earrings and had a loose stone mounted. Each time my purchase had slight modifications on prongs or requests for slight personalization such as stone height in setting, stone color cause I prefer near colorless,or facet pattern on my ACC.I would just reccomend that you are sure of what you want and that you relay those wants in the notes section when you place your order and also ask all questions about the product to customer service prior to purchase.

If you talk to them and you’re comfortable with the transaction, go for it. They’ve seemed to rectify problems that have arisen for MOST other Bees. Not all. If you aren’t concerned with having to waste time and energy IF it isn’t right, it is a big savings. Some Bees have gone months without a ring because of issues they’ve had and rings having to be remade, stones swapped out, etc. One Bee returned hers with obvious defects and they just refunded her money without even attempting to fix it. Just told her pretty much sorry we can’t help you here’s your money back. Didn’t even give her any other options, so now she’s having to start completely from scratch with another jeweler. Talk about shitty customer service.

I will say this. Above all else. If you get any kind of diamond melee in your ring HAVE IT CHECKED IMMEDIATELY upon receiving it by a reputable jeweler. Make sure you get what you paid for! I’m sure you’ve seen the other threads with this issue.

Bottom line, they’ve ruined engagements for a LOT of people with their shenanigans. Seems to be worse recently and only going downhill from what I’ve seen on here. I personally wouldn’t give them my money on principal alone. A lot of Bees have had wonderful experiences though! Regardless, you must post pics when you get it! 🙂

I got my ring from them the other day, and I was very apprehensive about ordering from them. I decided to in the end because I am in the UK and it’s very hard to find moissanite here, especially with a range of styles and on a tight budget. I knew I would have to order by ring from abroad and what swayed me to moissaniteco was the fact that they mark the international deliveries as costume jewelry with low value (essentially customs fraud tbh), and as I said we were on a very tight budget.

The ring took 3 weeks to come and I spenf the whole time on a panic especially after reading some of the stories on here. But my ring arrived the other day and it is absolutely perfect, so beautiful I can’t stop staring at it, and no flaws that I can see. it’s only been a couple of days so I can’t say how well it will hold up but right now I couldn’t be happier with my choice.

michellelynn9175 :  Exactly that’s why even though I’ve had good experiences I also look at the negative because they go hand and hand. That’s why I suggested talking to customer service if she has questions,be clear on what you are getting before ordering, and if she has any special requests to find out if their are any additional costs for them and make sure to notate her exact order in the notes section of her order form that way their is no discrepancy between her request and what she’s paying for with the company. I always recieved great customer service but I also clarified to the OP I had stick settings and the one with sidestone was ordered for moissanite sidestones so I didnt have an issue with sidestone swapping.I bgg think the best thing to do with all purchases is to make an informed purchase and to be an informed consumer that’s why I admire what you did for planning your new ring project. You studied all your options, narrowed down your likes and dislikes, and made an informed purchase. That way you have no regrets.

redearthlady :  Welk said! Making an educated purchase (especially for something so important) is key. Get everything in writing and have them send tons of pics and videos before it gets shipped to you! All reasonable requests, and just standard customer service IMO. If you do get diamond melee, make them clarify lab created or earth mined. If you’re getting moissanite it’s a non-issue.

I too had great customer service when communicating back and forth with questions and getting quotes. Once I saw how they treated their customers is where I had the issue. And I had been lied to about what I was getting quotes for. Deceived at minimum.

And I’m not sure you should admire me or take pity on me. Lol! It’s been a long road but I’ve finally got it figured out I think! It’s only been 2 years. How embarrassing. 😳
