I think some of the horror stories are mostly due to style of ring, not necessarily MoCo themselves. Delicate rings with pave are always risky, and it all seems extra dramatic when it’s your e-ring!

As long as you do your research, you will be fine 🙏

 

I personally haven’t ordered from MoCo YET but have plans to in the near future, I have emailed their customer service a couple times and received polite timely responses.

I had a bad experience with them, I’m the person referred to above who was given a refund with no other option when they decided they didn’t want to put obvious defects right (I designed a simple setting, there was no excuse).

Up until it all went wrong, my experience with then was great. They were helpful, courteous, friendly and prompt. Until suddenly they weren’t. Chris was very nice, Craig was cold and short with me and the last I heard of him was him telling me I wouldn’t be receiving my ring at all.

If we had had specific engagement plans, they would have ruined the whole thing. Luckily we don’t and other than it being disappointing to have to start from scratch, it’s not spoiled any set plans. That being said, we would have definitely got ‘officially’ engaged by now had they not messed my ring up.

If you speak to them and you get good vibes, you don’t have a strict timeline and you are willing to take a risk (yes I understand any online shopping is a risk, but it can’t be denied that recently the risk factor with that company has increased) then go for it. There are enough happy customers that they’re still in business, so I would hope chances are that you would have a positive experience.

Moissaniteco sent me the wrong size (just under the size I requested), but they fixed it for free. I really do love my ring, and I think they are fairly priced. 🙂

I had a good experience with them. I’ve had my ring for over 2 years and it has held up perfectly. The stone is still beautiful, and the gold and prongs are intact.
