@akirasan: OMG you must be so pissed! As a fellow canuck, also looking to return my ring to them for repairs, I know the run around they give you! I can’t believe how shitty they have been to us, and you. I was so excited about his ring that I got last month, and now I’m just regretting I ever bought it because of this run-around! My problem is that my ring was over 2k, and so the insurance for the shipping is high and only UPS will ship it and insure it for the correct $$. Now this story is freaking me out even mor to send it out.

@akirasan:  Oh, I would be fking pissed like crazy.  $1k is a lot of money to be up in the air somewhere — I don’t care who you are.  And their customer service is basically policing you?  Just hell no.  I feel really terrible for you, I do.  And you have every right to be upset.  Hugs!!
